Board Member Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming an Arkansas Climber Coalition Board Member. This Application will help us get to know you!

The Arkansas Climbers Coalition is currently taking applications for one open Board Member seat.

What you should expect as an ARCC Board Member:

  • 1 - 2 hours monthly meetings (first Monday of each month at 5:30pm)

  • 1 -4 hours per month of phone calls/meeting with members, land managers, interested parties

  • Weekly email chains with full group response

  • 1 - 4 climbing days for ARCC events or networking

  • Weekly group chat through text

Required Skill Sets:

  • Personal Accountability on assigned tasks

  • Organization and communication skills

  • Positive attitudes and openness to others’ ideas

  • Leading groups of climbers during events

Some months are slow while others are very busy depending on what events and projects are in the works.
