Crystal Bluff
The ARCC developed a new urban climbing area in North Little Rock!
We opened June 2nd 2025 with a rope cutting ceremony and some climbing. Immediately we began developing Phase 2, and opened the next walls (Capitol Crag) later the same year.

Stainless Steel Initiative
The ARCC is committed to the preservation and management of climbing resources in Arkansas. This Program is designed with these principles at the forefront, and the goal of this initiative is to replace corroded hardware with stainless steel hardware. You can download the SSI Application below.

We had a successful hardware update day at Mount Magazine this weekend! Over 20 routes had anchors added or updated. Special thanks to the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism and the Arkansas Parks and Recreation Foundation for hosting and sponsoring this event. It was a huge success! Thanks to everyone that came out and did some work!
