There is nothing worse than seeing a beautiful place ruined by trash and graffiti. The ARCC and it’s members try to instill Leave-No-Trace ethics within the outdoor community and remove trash and graffiti - restoring beauty back to nature.
Getting in and out of the crag safely not only speeds up your adventure but this aids Search and Rescue efforts (if needed) and promotes Leave-No-Trace ethics by concentrating travel to reduce multiple routes and scar the landscape. “It is better to have one well-designed route than many poorly chosen paths. - LNT ”
Already know how to develop routes and ready to help replace old hardware? Join our annual rebolt to partner with experienced rebolters and learn to pull old bolts to be replaced with new hardware.
Rebolting and replacing hardware is vital to maintaining the safety and sustainability of climbing areas.
We host annual trail days to dive deep on specific target areas. Join us for our annual Ozark Ramble to join our largest effort of the year!
Get in touch with us if you see anything that needs our attention, if you want us to get involved in events or issues, or if there are announcements you want us to share or be made aware of.
Help keep our crags clean by removing trash and litter if you pass it. Pack a plastic back with your climbing kit just so you can pick up trash, and our crags will be better off for it!
Alert us if you find unsafe climbing hardware, trails that need clearing, or any new changes to our climbing areas.
