This clinic is here to make sure all your questions have answers, and is the perfect starting spot to make sure your foundation is rock solid!

This training addresses falling directly to help improve commitment. Students will do progressive falling practice, followed by movement, breathing, resting, and body/mind awareness exercises. Finally, students apply everything to a goal route. Students leave understanding how to take appropriate risks and how to commit to those risks.

This clinic is designed to introduce the basics of sport climbing for those who want to explore the world of lead climbing outdoors.  During this clinic, participants will focus on crag/route selection, route and hardware evaluation, clipping techniques/stance, belay techniques, and site management considerations when climbing outdoors.  This clinic will build on an afternoon Sport Climbing II clinic, but participants may choose to participate in either one or both depending on interests.

This clinic is open to all middle and high school aged kids.  We will climb on TR, as well as practice skills such as tying in, belaying, and mock leading. (Parents/siblings are also welcome to tag along as they did last year).

Women's climbing clinic will be a friendly and welcoming environment with climbing as our main focus. We will have a 5.10+ category in the morning. We can project and discuss goals for our climbing and then apply those goals to the climbs. We can discuss our likes and dislikes when it involves moral support such a beta given or not. Some climbers prefer gentle cheering, while others prefer a cheer squad.
